We want you to love your Studio Tails gear. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can exchange your order within 30 days of your purchase date. The items returned must not have been used, altered, washed, or damaged, and must include original packaging. We do not accept exchanges for:
- Dirty or dog damaged items
- Improper use or misuse of the product
- Damage caused by chewing, cleaning, disassembly, alterations, or modifications
- Damage caused by or resulting from normal wear and tear, abuse, or fire
Things To Know
We highly recommend carefully trying on your new Studio Tails gear indoors, keeping the packaging intact, before your next outing.
To be eligible for an exchange, new, unused products must be clean and free of dog hair. If the product has been tried on and contains dog hair, all dog hair must be removed from the product to avoid a cleaning fee.
Products requiring cleaning (including removal of dog hair) will be charged a $5 cleaning fee.
How Do I Exchange Something?
Complete the Exchange Form located on the back of your printed Order Summary that came with your order. Include the completed Exchange Form in your package, along with the item(s), and follow the shipping instructions to begin the return process.
No longer have your original Order Summary? Download and print a new Exchange Form.
We recommend selecting a trackable shipping method and ensuring the package. Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Received My Studio Tails Gear As A Gift. I’d Like To Make An Exchange.
Studio Tails will accept returns on products that have not been used and are current styles/colors. Please contact our Customer Service email@example.com to confirm your exchange eligibility. We’ll need to know the style name, size, and color of the item. Once exchange eligibility is confirmed, you’ll be issued a Exchange Authorization and instructions for sending the item back to us.
I Like My Gear But Want To Make An Exchange. What Can I do?
Our exchanges are processed as new orders. Begin by following the return process for your order. Then place a new order for the size/color you need. Immediately placing a new order ensures that you’ll get the new product quickly and that it won’t go out of stock while you wait. Shipping charges may apply to new orders. Uh Oh, My Pupper Broke It! What Can I Do?
We understand some doggos may get excited with our items and chew them up. Unfortunately, this is not considered a part of regular wear and tear, and isn't a defect on our part. Feel free to reach out to email@example.com to see what we can do for you.
How Will It Take To Receive My Refund?
Once we receive your return, we inspect your item(s) and then initiate a refund. Our goal is to process your return within three to five business days of receipt. Credits may take up to an additional five business days to post to your account. Given shipping and processing time, the return process can take up to two to three weeks.
Final credit to your account depends on the policies of the bank or institution of your original payment method. We will notify you via email when your return has been processed.
Please note: refunds do not include shipping costs paid on your original order (if applicable).
